About Our Client
Your new company is a very well-known national retail brand. They are growing very strongly across the globe, and their CEO comes with great vision for both people development and market expansion.

Job Description
As the Head of IT, you will start by working closely with one of the co-founders, managing a lean team, and serving as an IT advisory position before fully familiarizing yourself with the setup and taking over the entire IT team.

Your Job Scope Includes

1. Implementing ERP projects
2. Revamping IT infrastructure
3. Looking after data warehousing

Some of your other responsibilities include overseeing the company's long-term IT strategy, driving digital transformation, and mentoring the IT team for a high-performing culture.

The Successful Applicant

Successful Applicants Must Have Experience In

1. Successfully implementing ERP projects
2. Building IT infrastructure
3. Data warehousing and consolidating data from consumer business

If you come from a retail, consumer-facing business, or any business that has a diversified setup, it would be an added advantage. You must also be able to speak Mandarin for senior stakeholder management purposes.
