Upper secondary education with pass (good grade in Science and Mathematics is an added advantage) in SPM/SPVM/MCE/STPM.
Minimum in M.L.V.K. based or equivalent.
Medium Pressure Chargeman Certificate issued by JBE.
Minimum 3 years experience in a technical field preferably in a food manufacturing facility.
Operational Responsibilities
To perform any tasks assigned by Engineer.
To maintain and support the electrical, control, instrument and automation installation in the factory.
To plan to reduce/minimize electrical downtime for plant equipment.
To lead in implementation of plant improvement or investment jobs.
To be responsible for the electrical safety of the installation.
Quality
To observe good housekeeping and engineering practices in carrying out jobs and duties.
To ensure technical integrity and performance of processes complies with Nestlé and regulatory requirements.
Speed
To attend breakdowns and perform rectification in the shortest possible time.
To assist in Technical Operator training/program.
To carry out size change for various filling and packing equipment.
Cost
To carry out preventive maintenance and repair jobs of factory's equipment and machines.
To carry out daily checks on the proper functioning of all plant equipment and report any abnormalities to Engineer.
To take all necessary steps to eliminate wastage of materials, energy, water, etc.
To carry out regular greasing and lubrication of specified equipment.
To be fully involved during overhaul/planned repair for all plant equipment.
To read and understand excerpts from instruction manuals.
