Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger & bank reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing budgeting reports, forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Assist in managing month-end and year-end closing.
- Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records.
- Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, Company secretaries, Bankers and government authorities when required.
- Ensure all AP & AR are processed timely and accurately.
- Prepare stock aging report.
- Liaise with IT support & internal department when required.
- Able to perform analytical reviews and work independently.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.
