Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Customer Satisfaction
  2. Listen and communicate positively with customers to build a strong and loyal relationship.
  3. Ensure that all product, facilities and services that were advertised and promoted are correct and updated. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
  4. Participate in store re-opening process by welcoming customers and filling up the shortages.
  5. Organization Efficiency
  6. Keep the Company's assets in good operating condition.
  7. Observe and comply with Company's policies.
  8. Ensure that Assets are in good condition and train team members to do the same.
  9. Participate in ensuring that all safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
  10. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the merchandise flow, implementation, and presentation.
  11. Emphasize teamwork and teambuilding to create a happy and harmonious working environment.
  12. Provide assistance and maintain good communication with your team.
  13. Be independent and disciplined.
  14. Employee Training and Development
  15. Participate in any assigned training activities.
  16. Provide and organize training to improve the professional skills of your team.
  17. Lead and motivate your team to achieve results and develop their career/knowledge/skills.
  18. Financial Performance
  19. Adhere to store budgeted expenditure.
  20. Propose action plans to control operating expenses better.
  21. Provide correct reports and figures and be responsible for IT.
  22. Update known losses.
  23. Ensure returns of goods are done according to the procedures.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any field.
  2. 2-3 years of working experience in retail operations management or related field.
  3. Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  4. Able to work shifts including Off Days, Rest Days, or Public Holidays.
