Job Responsibilities:

1. Setting up and enhancing SOP for Buy-off for IQC and IPQC.
2. Ensure IQC and IPQC carry out sampling and checking in a correct method.
3. Proper analysis to establish FMEA.
4. Analyze the root cause of defects found during in-process running.
5. Liaise with suppliers if any abnormality is found during Incoming Buy-off.
6. Follow up on all CAR raised to suppliers.
7. Ensure good housekeeping and involvement in 6S activities.
8. Ensure to maintain the standards of ISO 19001 (quality), ISO 45001 (occupational safety and health), ISO 14001 (environment) requirements and their objectives are complied with.
9. Adhere to all safety measurements, such as safety procedures and regulations, and safe work practices.
10. Understand machine operation procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required to ensure a safe working environment.
11. Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as set by Asst QAQC Manager / QAQC Manager / General Manager / CEO.
