What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals.
- Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions.
- Guide customers through the entire mortgage application and approval process.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, products, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
