Velesto Trainee (Protégé), Vendor Management

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations with a focus on vendor management. You'll collaborate closely with our team to execute initiatives, collect data, and assist with audits. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in both ongoing and upcoming projects, offering valuable exposure to procurement and finance operations within our organization.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduates to be our VTS (Velesto Trainee Scheme) Protégé for Vendor Management under Corporate Finance & Procurement Department, joining us as early in March/April 2025.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for and provide support to assist the line manager or superior in the day-to-day vendor management and administrative operations.
• Assist in the new vendors registration process and related tasks.
• Assist in updating vendor information into the ERP system and ASL List.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager or superior related to vendor management from time to time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Undergraduate student with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well versed in MS Office packages (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work at our main office in Plaza Sentral, KL (opposite to KL Sentral).
• Age 26 and below.
• Must not currently be employed.
• Malaysian citizen.
