Barakah Auto Glass, a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company, is seeking a skilled Windscreen Technician to join our team in Bandar Dato' Onn, Johor. As a full-time Windscreen Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality windscreen repair and replacement services to our valued customers. What you'll be doing

• Inspect and assess vehicle windscreens to determine the most appropriate repair or replacement solution
• Perform professional windscreen repair and replacement services using specialised tools and equipment
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding industry regulations and safety standards
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair/replacement process
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workshop operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Windscreen Technician or in a similar automotive glass repair role
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of windscreen repair and replacement techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A valid driver's licence and your own transportation
• We also welcome candidates with no experience who are willing to learn.
