Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Supervisor, Fraud Prevention Team to manage the day-to-day operations of the fraud prevention team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the fraud prevention team in the identification, analysis, and prevention of fraud activities within the organization. They will be responsible for ensuring that the team is trained and equipped to effectively identify and mitigate fraud risks. Additionally, the Supervisor, Fraud Prevention Team will work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that fraud prevention strategies are integrated with overall business objectives.

What you’ll do:

1. Supervise the fraud prevention team to effectively identify and mitigate fraud risks within the organization
2. Assist in the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies, policies, and procedures
3. Ensure that the team is trained and equipped to effectively identify and prevent fraud activities
4. Work closely with other departments within the organization to integrate fraud prevention strategies with overall business objectives
5. Conduct fraud risk assessments and develop risk management plans
6. Monitor and analyze fraud trends and provide regular reports to the Fraud Prevention Manager
7. Assist in the investigation and resolution of suspected or actual fraud incidents
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fraud prevention

What you’ll need:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
2. At least 5 years of experience in fraud prevention or related field
3. Proven experience in supervising a fraud prevention team
4. Able to converse in English and Mandarin (to liaise with teams in China)
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and the Risk Team
8. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to fraud prevention
