Job Title: Plantation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Plantation Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our plantation, including estate operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct variance study on annual Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production on operating units and carry out plan/action to maximize land and manpower productivity.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to meet productivity targets, control costs, and resource management.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports, including yield, labor management, financials, and other key performance indicators, to the top management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, environmental guidelines, and sustainability standards.
• Manage estate operations, including nursery, plasma farmers, land preparation, field maintenance, harvesting, transport, and infrastructure.
• Lead a large and diverse workforce, promoting operational and workforce efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Plantation, Agriculture, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a related position in reputable Oil Palm plantation companies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of leading a large workforce.
• High integrity and substantial experience in oil palm development from jungle would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve estate performance.

Additional Requirements:

• Conversant with the use of personal computers.
• Willingness to relocate to Kalimantan, Indonesia.
• Experience working in Indonesian plantations is highly valued.

Compensation Package:

The salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Genting Plantations offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
