Preschool Teacher (幼儿园老师)

• Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Setia Perdana BE U13/BE, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor.
• Candidates MUST have 1 to 2 years of experience in teaching as a Preschool teacher.
• Candidate MUST have a Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent in teaching.
• There will be allowances provided such as attendance, parking, & etc.

EXPERIENCE: Entry-level can be considered OR Industrial experience of at least 1 year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and following a complete teaching plan & teaching personal, social & emotional skills
• Organizing learning material and resources
• Awareness of children's well-being
• Use a variety of activities & instructional methods (Songs, stories, art, structured games) to motivate & stimulate children's abilities
• Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
• Assess students' performance & progress to ensure they are mastering skills on a regular basis
• Monitor children's interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
• Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
• Assist & guide children in toilet whenever needed
• Proven working experience as a kindergarten teacher will be an advantage.
