Position: UX/UI Design Protege Trainee (Ref.No. R1005653)You will enjoy having these responsibilities:- Support the projects by nurturing human-centered design, product thinking, and UX to collaborate in modelling the user experience of various business-to-business (B2B) systems and engineering solutions within GTS.
- Support and facilitate user research studies to uncover needs and pain points, and support validation using various methods (e.g., user interviews, surveys, desk research, card sorting, usability testing, tree-testing, heuristic analysis, etc.).
- Drive co-creation and discovery of archetypes and research outcomes (service blue printing, user persona, user journey, experience maps, wireframes, etc.).
- Design the UI with best practices and rigorously validate them with research or ideally with proxy/end-users.
- Iterate designs based on the user test findings and well-considered system thinking.
- Contribute to the design system, alpha style guides, and liaise with the design system owners to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to define ideal ways of working for the success of the product.
- Present UX/research outcomes to nurture business alignment and educate on their impact on development and product values.
- Support the UX/UI learning/training tracks within GTS.
You have:- Open to Fresh Graduates with working experience less than 2 years.
- Proven excellence in academic achievement, with a focus on Design and related fields such as Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative or in relevant fields.
- Experience delivering successful and highly interactive web applications will be advantageous.
- Experience working as a UI developer conceptualizing, designing, and developing data-driven complex interface solutions using modern web technologies will be advantageous.
- Strong background with knowledge/experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript will be advantageous (not compulsory).
- Visual design, UX design, and prototyping experience with Adobe software or Sketch/Figma.
- Prior User Research/Interface design experiences will be highly considered as added consideration points.
- Interested in producing polished wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Hungry (to learn), Humble, Adaptive, Collaborative, Data-driven, and willing to commit to user/system research-related work.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
