Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, user centred UI/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The UI/UX designer will work closely with our developers, coordinators and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms. The Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for the UX research, UI design and postproduction design optimization of our projects.

Job Responsibilities:
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
• Collaborate with teams including developers and product managers.
• Test usability and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools in UI/UX.
• Assemble and lead UIUX team.

Qualifications

Requirement

- Education Background: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Game Design, or a related field

- Experiences: Minimum 2- 5 years UIUX design experience (preferably at a digital agency or in-house Web team for a product-driven business)

- Required Skills:
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Experience leading UIUX team.
• Experience communicating and work closely with team members including designers, product managers and front-end developers to ensure the high quality of product being delivered.
• Proficient with wireframe & prototype tools like Figma (Preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (PS), Adobe Illustrator (AI) or any related editing software. Expertise in Web usability, general UX.
• Understanding browser and device compatibility.
• Willingness to learn, take on challenging projects & good time-management skills.
• Take up responsibilities and able to work with minimal supervision.
