Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support
  1. Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  2. Manage and maintain databases, customer records, and sales documentation.
  3. Handle incoming inquiries and provide information to clients and potential customers.
• Sales & Marketing Support
  1. Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  2. Monitor sales targets, track performance, and generate sales reports.
  3. Support the Sales & Marketing team in organizing and attending trade shows and events.
  4. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  5. Help manage social media accounts, websites, and other digital marketing channels.
  6. Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
• Communication & Coordination
  1. Serve as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and other departments within the company.
  2. Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners to coordinate marketing and sales activities.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate communication of sales and marketing updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Data Management & Reporting
  1. Compile and analyze data to generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales and marketing activities.
• Other Duties
  1. Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
  2. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in marketing, business or equivalent.
• 1 Year(s) of working experience and fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
