Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
• Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
• Manage large numbers of incoming calls effectively.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take minutes of meetings.
• Basic product Photoshop skill.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum possess at least Secondary Level / SPM with 2 years experience in customer service.
• Previous working experience in customer service or related fields (i.e., telemarketing, billing, customer liaison) is an added advantage but not essential.
• Knowledge in handling basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Able to work rotational shifts (night shift WFH).
• Working Days: 6 days.
• Annual Leave and Sick Leave.
• KWSP and SOCSO.

Skills Required:

• Customer service communication skills.
• Problem-solving.
• Fluent in Cantonese.
