About the Team
As a leading Chinese cobot export manufacturer, the APAC region is one of the important regions for Dobot. The APAC sales team is expanding and we are looking for team members who will help shape the route to market foundation and future of Dobot business success in the Malaysia region. The key function of this role is to develop the overall planning of the regional market, including the establishment of a quality and strong channel partner network that will grow with us strongly YoY, and the overall sell out strategy, to complete the short-term company performance indicators and long-term market layout padding. You will reach the sales targets in the markets you are responsible for through a well-designed and executed strategy and activity planning. The position will interface with multiple stakeholders such as end users, system integrators, machine makers and channel partners. This position accounts for min. 50% travel.
The final candidate will be a high intellectual with great energy and thrives in a challenging, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment. In addition, it is expected that this individual will have the combination of talent and drive to lead and achieve sales performance goals.
About the Role
The key role and responsibility of this role is to strategize and establish, develop, motivate and manage a quality channel partner network and plan overall sell out strategy in Malaysia. You are overall responsible for the sales target as our sales go via our channel partner network and ensure we are successful in our Go-to-Market. You are to also manage the MarCom strategy and establish processes necessary to support your development of sales/ market and sales results.
