Info-Tech's cloud HR software offers a simple yet robust all-in-one solution for seamless management of Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Claims, Appraisals, and more.

Responsibilities

With a primary focus on driving early and high growth of our HR payroll system for business clients, you will be responsible for maximizing outbound activity and managing the entire sales process, from obtaining leads through our sales admin to prospecting and onboarding new clients. You will also be expected to achieve both monthly and yearly sales KPIs as assigned by the company.

Key duties include:

  • Researching, identifying, and prospecting new business opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Providing presales technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
  • Submitting sales reports to management in a timely and organized manner.
  • Representing the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Info-Tech's Cloud HRMS solutions.
  • Targeting and influencing new customers to adopt Info-Tech's range of products.
  • Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess at least a diploma or degree in any field.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of related work experience in Sales or Business Development (only experienced candidates will be considered).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess own transport to travel within the vicinity of Johor.
  • Good relationship building and client management skills.

Remuneration Package

  • RM4,500 - RM5,000 (monthly basic)
