Job Description:

STRATEGIC HR & GROWTH

1. Drive the communication and implementation of M-Plan strategies
2. Formulate Regional HR annual plans and strategies
3. Lead network/relationship & process optimisation for streamlining for the internal practice compliance & group synergy

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

1. Operate within the approved annual plans and framework of the HR strategic directions set for the Region and Division.
2. Drive the Region’s operational HR improvement initiatives
3. Support the internal stakeholders by reviewing and providing the adequate manpower and resources.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

1. Provide operational HR directions for the Region in-line with the Upstream and Divisional HR strategy.
2. Set the affected Region shared KPI and targets; and drive overall business performance through the Region M-Plan for Business and HR.
3. Provide advice and guidance to all Operating Units within the region and ensure HR and business strategic alignments are consistently met.

ORGANIZATIONAL & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

1. Create and maintain an organizational environment that promotes positive staff morale and performance.
2. Motivate and facilitate a high performance management team; provide coaching and mentoring to relevant team and stakeholders.
3. Support the development talent @ team to ensure the Region maintains a strong succession plan.
4. Facilitate and monitor the people development in all operating units within the region.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

1. Lead the achievement of the HR/People related performance against set targets.
2. Review and constantly manage HR performance through periodical and yearly performance reviews and dialogues with team and stakeholders.
3. Identify defining actions and introduce key intervention measures when necessary.
