About the role

We're looking for an experienced Production Planner to join the team at Aspen Pumps Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in our Sungai Buloh, Selangor location. This is a full-time permanent position where you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling production to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and company goals
• Analyse SMT production data and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure smooth production operations
• Communicate production plans and status updates to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks
• Continuously look for ways to optimise production processes and reduce costs
• Ensure stock accuracy of electronic components meant for PCBA manufacturing processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably in the electronic/ PCBA manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production data and identify optimisation opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Thorough understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in inventory management system or its equivalent for electronic components in PCBA production will be added advantage.
