Manager - Business & Corporate Banking (Bancassurance)

The Manager of Bancassurance will drive the sales of insurance products through bank channels to business clients. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with bank managers and clients, managing product portfolios, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and work with insurance providers for the best product proposition;
• Responsible for joint marketing & providing technical advice in improving business;
• Providing a comprehensive solution to client financial needs;
• Responsible for all the administrative and operation works related to BancaBusiness (i.e. Follow up cases, reporting etc.);
• Build and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure client retention and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Preferably 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing or business development for the General Insurance Industry
• Knowledgeable in insurance services and products
• Good communication skills (Good command in English in speaking and writing)
