About the role

Join our dynamic team at Garden Gem Postnatal Retreat as a fulltime Nurse Aide in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to new mothers and their babies during the critical postnatal period.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist nurses in providing comprehensive postnatal care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting breastfeeding.
2. Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding of babies.
3. Maintain a clean and safe environment by ensuring proper sterilisation of equipment and facilities.
4. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure a positive experience.
5. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What we're looking for

1. Relevant certification or diploma in nursing or healthcare.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and their families.
3. Compassionate and patient-centric approach to care.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
5. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
