Operate marine loading arms to transfer liquid cargo to and from vessels as per operational protocols
Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment, including functionality tests and safety inspections
Monitor and adjust flow rates, pressures, and temperatures during cargo transfer operations
Communicate effectively with vessel personnel, terminal operators, and supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading activities
Monitor vessel alignment and secure connections during transfer operations
Provide status updates and reports to the Product Warehouse PIC
Conduct regular Inspection on Loading Arm and report any abnormalities on every equipment
Report discrepancies or damaged on equipment to the supervisor
Housekeeping & always keep all equipment clean after completion of every shipment
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and promptly
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders
Assist in preparing reports on warehouse operations and inventory status
Ensure adherence to the company's Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures, including compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
Report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and SHE incidents (including near misses)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct superior or Directors of the Company
Requirements
SPM or Certificate in mechanical
Minimum of 1 year, Previous experience in Marine Loading Arm & warehouse operations is preferred
Prior experience in operating marine loading arms or similar equipment is preferred
Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to marine operations
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm in emergency situations
