Executive, Development & Operations

We are looking for a talented and motivated developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing high-quality, clean code to build and maintain both the Front-End and Back-End web applications, while ensuring scalability and performance. You will work collaboratively across teams to design, develop, and optimize our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Front-End and Back-End Applications (50%)
   • Write high-quality source code to build complete applications within set deadlines.
   • Solve performance and architectural challenges with minimal guidance.
   • Collaborate closely with interactive designers to implement the applications.
2. Adopt and Implement Development Practices (20%)
   • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in coding, development standards, and security settings.
   • Apply these trends within the division to enhance development processes.
3. Assist Front-End Manager in Application Design (10%)
   • Provide technical support in areas like performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
4. Embrace Agile Methodology (10%)
   • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following agile practices.
   • Handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
5. Ensure Stability of the Eco-System (10%)
   • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and coding issues proactively.
   • Maintain a stable and efficient application ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
• Experience:
• Total Work Experience: 2-4 years
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in PHP Laravel, JavaScript/ES, and MVC frameworks.
• Strong experience with databases like MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.
• In-depth understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and performance tuning for large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with React Native (optional but a plus).
• Knowledge of infrastructure tools like Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP, LAMP.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.
• Strong understanding of engineering practices like test-driven development, code refactoring, and application security.
• Experience with mobile development, building and maintaining cross-platform apps, integrating APIs, and optimizing performance.
