Senior IT Engineer (Infra)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily network operation and L2 helpdesk support.
• Responsible for LAN/Wifi/Systems operations and administrations.
• IT spare parts inventory control and replenishment control.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage network switches, Wifi controller, and AP.
• Must be familiar with installing and troubleshooting network equipment such as network switches, Wireless controllers, and AP.
• Familiar with monitoring tools that help proactively monitor network conditions.
• Understanding of TCP/IP and networking infrastructure architecture. Able to troubleshoot LAN or WAN connectivity issues.
• Familiar with Cisco and Brocade network technology and hands-on experience.
• Provide on-call and on-site support for all network and escalation-related issues on a 7x24x365 basis.
• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft PowerShell.
• Develop and update all work instructions and documentation for IT hardware/system/equipment and software inventory and deployment setup guides.
• Involve in network point setup & relocation with cross-department and vendors.
• Perform work assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or relevant certification.
• Experience: 2 - 5 years of systems or networking support or administration experience.

Special Requirements:

• CCNA certified knowledge.
• TCP/IP and LAN/WAN networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with Norton Ghost or disk imaging technology.
• Knowledge of RSA VPN.
• Experience with Microsoft Servers 2019 AD and Microsoft Azure, Cloud & Exchange.
• Experience with monitoring tools or scripting.
