About the job (A) Senior Manager - Test Lead / Tester

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead a small team (3~5 people).
2. Prepare and review testing cases and testing scripts through consistent application of principles of testing.
3. Execute testing and submit defects to meet deadlines with quality.
4. Provide daily reports and escalate issues to meet deadlines with quality.
5. Assist in designing test cases according to test requirements.
6. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in IT related disciplines.
2. 5+ years of experience in testing, including design of testing cases, preparation of testing environment, and test data in functional testing projects.
3. 2+ years of experience in web system testing.
4. 1+ years of experience with Oracle or SQL Server.
5. 1+ years of experience in a test lead role.
6. Good understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
7. Good communication skills for customer relationship maintenance and problem-solving.
8. Proficient in test management and defect tools.
9. Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
