Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for using your expertise in non-Functional automation testing using multiple automation testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, Neo Load, Redline 13, and Blazemeter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation testing framework
• Design and develop automation testing scripts
• Plan and execute automation scripts
• Use test execution scheduler
• Write Test Cases, Execute Test Cases, and Report Defects
• Test Planning, Coordinating with Users, and Defect Management
• Manage Testing Projects, PWC reporting, Review and feedback on work products
• Plan Test releases
• Guide the Testing Team

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in IT and testing Automation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience in CMMI and ISO standard delivery
• Experience with ATM, CDM, Banking Treasury system, Cash management, and Wealth Management system
• Experience with SQL and database management

Skill Sets:

• Strong experience in Automation testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, Neo Load, Redline 13, and Blazemeter
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript
• Familiarity with BFSI domain
• Experience in Core Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking & Payments systems
• Establish Test Automation processes and involve in evaluating/planning the automation roadmap
• Maintain and update LoadRunner scripts
• Design, develop and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver
• Develop automation framework for load, stress, and endurance testing
• Create test strategy, test plans, and test cases for projects managed through Agile development methodology
• Develop and maintain methods and libraries needed to rapidly grow and scale the automation suite
• Develop scripts for Web Services and Rest Services, and develop automation scripts on web applications, web services, and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track and visualize key performance indicators

Tools:

• Collaboration and project management tools such as JIRA or Asana
• Non-Functional Testing automation tools: Microfocus Load Runner, Redline13, Blazemeter, JMeter
• Familiar with Jenkins, JUnit, Docker, Azure DevOps, SharePoint
