Arabic Speaking KYC Analyst (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Company Background:

We are representing one of our multinational clients, an award-winning leader in the online trading and financial service industry, looking for KYC Analyst to be based in Bangsar Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description:

1. Review customer documents
2. Resolve various alerts while conducting KYC
3. Activate new customer trading accounts
4. Handle client communication via multilingual & templated emails
5. Perform Back-office operations, including withdrawals, transfers, deposits
6. Perform additional tasks and special projects upon request

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a Degree in Finance or relevant qualification.
2. Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
3. Prefer candidates who can join immediately on 11th Dec 2024.
4. Good communication (spoken & written) in Arabic AND English (Role needs to liaise with Arabic speaking customers).
5. Competency with PCs and common operating systems, browsers, and Internet search.
6. Prior experience conducting KYC and/or Back Office operations is preferred.
7. Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines.
8. Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
9. Able to maintain confidentiality.
10. Prefer candidates with own transport (MRT is 500 meters walking distance).
