Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Applied Physics.

Required:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in failure analysis or reliability test, preferably in the electronics industry failure analysis lab environment.
• Focusing on Component analysis
• Skills set with hands-on in FA tools or methodology such as:

1. Decapsulation
2. Component Solderability test: refer to IPC STD
3. 2D x-ray: Basic operating, Image analysis
4. Optical Microscopy: Basic operating & measurement software
5. Focusing on Mechanical test
6. Chamber test: Basic machine operating, set up, trial profile, actual test
7. Strain test: Basic operating, gage attachment, perform strain test, data analysis & reporting
8. Instron tensile test
9. Shadow Moiré: Basic machine operating, sample preparation, trial temp profile, testing, data analysis & reporting
10. Vibration test by ED shaker: Basic machine operating, sample preparation, test profile setting refers to industry standard
