Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fresh fruits
2. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly shopping environment
3. Handle customer inquiries and recommend suitable products
4. Take and process orders accurately, including phone and online orders
5. Prepare fruit samples for customers to taste
6. Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
7. Restock fruits and ensure proper product display
8. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store
9. Assist in stock inventory and report low-stock items
10. Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns

Requirements:

1. Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
2. Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
3. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
4. Passion for fresh fruits and healthy living
5. Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage but not required
