QA/QC Chemist

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a Degree / Master in Chemistry / Biotechnology / Applied Biology / Applied Chemistry / Food Technology or related discipline
• Good laboratory practice experience with technical skill in analytical testing
• At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge in ISO management

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review QA/QC standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Prepare, review QA/QC documents, and ensure the validity of all QA/QC documents
• Practice and ensure compliance with the Quality System
• Practice and ensure the QC team practices good laboratory practice and GMP in the QC lab
• Approve/reject within a specification product release
• Conduct special assignments from HOD
