Senior QA Engineer (Automation) - SG Fintech / Bank

Project:

• Digital transformation to revamp the platforms and introducing up to date of best tech practices, processes and culture.
• Building the pioneer team of QA Automation department

Responsibilities:

• Implement and develop the best QA practices, frameworks, architecture and processes.
• Able to analyze business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for improvement.
• Guide and mentor juniors.

Must Have:

• Experience with automated testing framework and tools (Selenium, Appium, etc).
• Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.

Nice to have / Bonus:

• Financial Institution experience.
• Tech refresh experience.
• Team lead experience.

Team / Culture:

• Collaborate effectively within team and across teams in KL & SG.

Location:

• Kuala Lumpur (hybrid working arrangement - 2 days WFH).

Level / Grade: (2 roles)

• Senior, at least 4 years and above.
