Customer Service Assistant

Summary of the role:
  • Contract duration : 6 months and renewable
  • Location : UOA Corporate Tower, Avenue 10, The Vertical, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi
  • Working hours / Shift : 9 AM to 6 PM
  • No night calls or support required
  • Preferred language – English is a must
  • Should be present at the office
  • No travelling required
  • Must have skill – SAP knowledge
  • Nice to have skills – ERP system SFDC

You must have:
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing.
  • Strong computing skills; Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Able to work under pressure and able to adapt to changes.
  • Passionate towards customer satisfaction
  • Self-motivated
  • SAP experience.
  • SFDC knowledge is an added advantage.
