Customer Service Assistant
Summary of the role:
- Contract duration : 6 months and renewable
- Location : UOA Corporate Tower, Avenue 10, The Vertical, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi
- Working hours / Shift : 9 AM to 6 PM
- No night calls or support required
- Preferred language – English is a must
- Should be present at the office
- No travelling required
- Must have skill – SAP knowledge
- Nice to have skills – ERP system SFDC
You must have:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any fields or equivalent.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles or hands-on experience in order management / processing.
- Strong computing skills; Microsoft Office programs – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Able to work under pressure and able to adapt to changes.
- Passionate towards customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated
- SAP experience.
- SFDC knowledge is an added advantage.
