Primary Responsibilities:

You will act as a key enabler of Superior, Complete, and Simpler portfolio for Commuter Standard segment and Cooper brand at Asia-Pacific level, with a complementary product portfolio focus on Malaysia and Singapore business.

Your other areas of responsibility include:

• Definition of Product Innovation Strategy for Commuter Standard and Cooper Brand at Asia-Pacific level;
• Product Portfolio Ownership in Malaysia, Singapore, Export B;
• Participation and Contribution in Corporate Cycles and Planning;
• Support in driving global projects and initiatives of the company.

Primary Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, preferably a Master's degree in Marketing or a Degree in Automotive Engineering.
• You have more than 5 years of experience in product and/or marketing management, preferably in FMCG or Tire Industry.
• You have experience in transferring technical concepts into strong marketing communications messages.
• You have experience handling, analyzing, and optimizing complex portfolios (multiple SKUs and Sourcing).
• You have project management experience, working at a fast pace with varied disciplines and individuals to drive accountability for deliverables.
• You must be able to understand the new product development process.
• You have experience in budget management and directing investments.
