Your Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth operations while building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring top-notch service.
• Prepare and process sales orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor sales data and prepare performance reports.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.

What We’re Looking For
• A proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and a knack for multitasking.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in sales coordination or related fields is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
• Mandarin speaking candidates will be added as an advantage as need to liaise with Chinese counterparts
• Attentive, earnest, patient, and responsible
• Basic computer knowledge and skills
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required Skill(s): 1 - 2 years working experience in related field
