Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounts reconciliation of AP/AR.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating if needed.
• Reconcile and rectify all ledger accounts belonging to customers.
• Process credits.
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments from debtors.
• Follow up on all outstanding debts and plan a course of action to recover.
• Provide timely updates to management.
• Collaborate with the helpdesk team to answer system users' questions regarding billing/payment issues.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable function.
• Independent, resourceful with problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively within the team and across departments.
• Keen eye for detail and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
• Proficiency in ERP software.
