Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform analysis on moderate-to-complex cases of possible market misconduct in the equity and derivatives markets and propose recommendations.
  2. Perform thematic surveillance analysis on issues pertaining to emerging risks in the corporate bond market.
  3. Show findings and cases of market misconduct.
  4. Assist in overseeing the effectiveness of the market surveillance function.
  5. Provide technical insights on market surveillance matters.
  6. Share technical views on moderate to complex cases to Enforcement BG/ Advisory Department.
  7. Guide and share experience with team members to achieve KPIs and departmental goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 3-5 years of working experience.
  • At least 4 years of working experience including exposure to capital market or financial industry.
  • Good practical knowledge on the capital market and its products.
