Ensure smooth running of centre's operation, delegate work responsibility among staff e.g. Follow up with customers, duties, stock issues, machine issues, HQ reports, etc.
Propose creative promotions and cross-sell key products and services, while generating innovative ideas to improve current systems and operations.
Monitor sales progress and ensure that center staff achieve both personal and center sales goals throughout their tenure.
Manage, develop, and lead center staff to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Job Requirements
Min 3 years of experience in managing a beauty centre and sales operations in the beauty industry.
Proven track record of leading and motivating the team.
Sales result-oriented person.
Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Willing to work on weekends & public holidays.
