Our Client is seeking a Retail Store Manager who is able to lead and inspire the retail team, ensuring smooth store operations, building strong customer relationships, managing schedules, and contributing innovative ideas to drive store success.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, high-end retail environment, or in a similar capacity.
2. Passion for the retail industry, with good communication and leadership skills.
3. Service-oriented and hands-on person with good customer handling skills.
4. Fluent in English; additional languages/dialects spoken is a plus.
5. Independent and a good team player with a pleasant personality.
6. A self-directed learner who possesses high levels of initiative and willingness to learn.
7. Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8. Good computer skills and netiquette.
