Ambassador (Front Desk and F&B)

As an ambassador, naturally you are enthusiastic, optimistic and treat everyone with respect. You work together with your fellow ambassadors to deliver exceptional service for our guests! You will be learning on multitasking jobs arrangement i.e. front desk and F&B.

Your main tasks are:

• Welcoming our guests to the world of citizenM
• Assist our guests at our check-in and check-out kiosks
• Assist in carrying and storing guest luggage in the luggage room
• Prepare and serve all food & beverage related items including coffee, tea, cocktail & mocktail
• Handle cash and other forms of payment
• Maintain the hotel environment to ensure a clean and comfortable experience for guests
• Assist in societyM meeting rooms and functions
• Promote the retail items at collectionM
• Assist in shift opening, closing and side duties, including re-stocking bar, pantry, societyM and collectionM
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Practice all general safety standards
• Be familiar with Hotel Management System, Point of Sale System and Kiosk
• Update and record all guest feedback properly
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge of all hotel products
• Be informative about hotel surroundings and able to offer advice to guests whenever required
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
