Job description
Key Responsibilities- Source, identify and engage top talent across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Manage the entire hiring process from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for different departments.
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, etc.) and use data to optimize the hiring process.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to secure top talent.
- Attention to detail with accuracy.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and trust with candidates and hiring teams.
- Assess challenges in recruitment processes and provide solutions.
- Prioritize multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
