Process Engineer

- Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

- Develop process flow diagrams and documentation to standardize procedures.

- Configure and optimize process parameters to improve yield and throughput.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency across different stages of production.

- Conduct process simulations to predict outcomes and optimize resources.

- Monitor process performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to process operations.

- Manage process-related capital projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.

- Provide training and guidance to operators and technicians on process requirements and safety procedures.

- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment-related issues affecting process efficiency.

- Document and report process improvements and outcomes to management.

Required Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a related field.

- Experience with process simulation and optimization software.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in process control systems and automation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.

- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
