Position Title: Sales Executives/Consultants (Aluminum Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Customer Follow-up: Track customer needs and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Document Preparation: Organize and manage customer-related files and documents.
• Quotation Handling: Prepare professional quotations based on customer requirements.
• Design Assistance: Assist customers with preparing basic design drawings (if necessary).
• Customer Service: Provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales-related roles is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel); experience with basic design software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese, and (optional) Malay.
• Attention to Detail: Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Customer-Oriented: Enthusiastic about interacting with customers, with a patient and solution-focused approach.
