Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
  • Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the logistics team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple outlets.
  • Perform stock reconciliations and ensure accurate data in the system.
  • Ensure all documentation (e.g., GRNs, delivery orders, invoices) is accurate and properly filed.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory, shipments, and logistics performance.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory administration, preferably in the retail industry.
