Pharmacist

PUBLIC MEDICARE GROUP (PMG PHARMACY SDN BHD - SABAH)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standard.
2. Professional medication dispensing, consultation, and counseling.
3. Manage and record poison and stock inventory.
4. Maintain good teamwork and communication with branch manager, nutritionist, and pharmacy assistant to ensure smooth and effective daily retail operation.
5. Assist in basic management and team building.
6. Conduct training and performance assessment of the team.
7. Train, supervise, and monitor sales performance and service.
8. Keep in touch with all HQ departments as well as other branches.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Full-time position only.
2. Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Pharmacy.
3. Registered with Malaysia Pharmacy Board.
4. Sufficient understanding of pharmacy’s law and regulations.
5. Continuous learning and keeping up with the latest medical knowledge.
6. Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese, and local dialects will be an added bonus.
7. Good PR and communication skills.
8. Extend genuine warmth to customers, focus on medication safety.
9. Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
10. Experience in pharmacy management, inventory control, and purchasing will be an added advantage.
11. Flexible working schedules and willing to work on selected weekends and public holidays.
12. Flexibility and open-mindedness in accepting new tasks and challenges.
13. Market-sensitive with strong marketing awareness.
14. Candidates with no retail experience are also encouraged to join as training will be provided.
15. Provisionally Registered Pharmacists are welcomed to apply.
