ERP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• An operational role to ensure a streamlined project delivery within Sage X3 system implementation and integration.
• Perform support help-desk duties within agreed SLA with customers as level 1 or level 2 support.
• Possess critical thinking and fundamental ERP concepts related to implementing purchasing, sales, inventory, manufacturing, or finance modules. Knowledge in all modules is not required but will be an advantage.
• Provide application solutions to an exclusive range of clients across high profile assignments.
• Analyze and solve simple to complex customer issues related to data and processes.
• Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives and transform them into company processes, solutions, and modules being implemented.
• Perform work in accordance with the project management plan to accomplish project objectives under the project scope statement/Statement of Work (SOW).

Education & Experience:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance, Business IT, Business Administration or other similar majors.
• One (1) full life cycle project experience as an implementation consultant is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
