Logistics Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Logistics Specialist at Jadesea Global Logistics Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as managing logistics operations, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services. The Sales Logistics Specialist will also be responsible for generating sales leads and managing sales pipelines such as cold-calling.

Job Description

• Identify potential clients in need of logistics solutions (import/export, freight forwarding, warehousing, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and propose customized logistics solutions.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Update internal databases and prepare sales report.
• Cold-calling and following-up with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a good command of English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• A team player with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Minimum Diploma or 2 years and above of experience in the sales field
