Preparation and review of monthly management accounts, budgetary control, audit, tax and GST matters.
Preparation of monthly / quarterly and annual consolidation financial statement in accordance to listing requirements and compliance with financial reporting standard.
Supervises the day to day operation of accounts department and ensure timely and completeness in preparing the financial statements.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, relevant authorities etc.
Perform daily operation duties and other ad hoc assignments and tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
Preferably familiar with Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and Financial Reporting Standard.
Mature personality, team player, dynamic and good communication skills.
At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience, preferably with audit background.
