Assistant, Parcel Recovery (Warehouse)

Responsibilities

• Accountable to repack damaged packages within the allotted time.
• Ensure the damaged packages are repacked accurately.
• Ensure all damaged parcels are attended to on the same day received.
• Ensure the package handover is smooth.
• Ensure the repacking processes are done correctly.
• Identify and address any issues with items while repacking.
• Ensure full adherence to Recovery's SOP.
• Ensure full compliance with 5S concepts.
• Assist the Recovery Team Leader and/or Recovery Associates with any ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Candidate must be disciplined and courteous.
• High energy and ability to follow instructions easily.
• Attention to detail, understanding the importance of packaging and the value of customer service in presentable packaging.
• Hands-on approach as work will be warehouse-based.

Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,100 a month
