Security Manager

1. JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent drives the Security program and management system to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as Corporate Security policy; to carry out periodic Security audits at all sites.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Establishes corporate Security program and procedures to ensure protection of company personnel, information, and property.
2. Responsible for reviewing corporate Security procedures, training security personnel on changes, and tracking implementation at all sites.
3. Establishes corporate security audit standards and conducts periodic audits at all sites on the implementation of corporate Security procedures.
4. Establishes NPI work plan in accordance with production and operation targets and guidelines, guiding and inspecting the execution of the plan.
5. Responsible for external customers' Security Audit compliance, ensuring timely follow-up on security requirements and addressing complaints.
6. Responsible for classification, compilation, analysis of security incidents, and formulation of corrective/preventive measures at all sites.
7. Submits all security reports and ensures punctual reporting to the Director SAAC.
8. Ensures thorough investigation of irregularities and security incidents.
9. Establishes and maintains liaison with relevant regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies.
10. Other assignments as directed by the Director, SAAC.

6. MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. At least 5 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, military organizations, or in a security-related private sector job.
3. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
4. Proficient in MS Office.
