Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage production operations, coordinate production staff and ensure the quality and profitability of products.
• Ensure production build schedule and goals are met.
• Train the workforce for production. Manage and motivate the staff, monitoring them to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
• Ensure production staff in a shift are disciplined and trained to procedure according to the quality standards, ISO 13485 and GMP regulations.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in manufacturing field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the manufacturing field.
• Knowledge in ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 would be an added advantage.
